LEARN WITH Mallory Kratimenos

Mallory Kratimenos (she/her) is the owner of Engineering Optimism Dog Training. She specializes in all things small dogs, dogs with “big feelings” like reactivity and fear, and creating connection through the joy of trick training. Mallory is a Victoria Stilwell Academy Certified Dog Trainer (VSA-CDT Online), Accredited Dog Trainer through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC-ADT), Care with Consent Certified Professional (CWCCP), Fear Free Certified Professional (FFCP-Trainer), Family Dog Mediator (FDM), and Certified Trick Dog Instructor (CTDI).

Mallory understands the unique challenges that small dogs face and what it's like to share your life with a dog who is “behaviorally rich.” She is passionate about empowering small dogs and their guardians to reach their full potential with little solutions that have a big impact.

While the behavior challenges that Mallory works with can often feel heavy, Mallory is known for meeting clients where they are and helping them find the joy in training. Mallory brings empathy and compassion, an organized approach, and a glass-half-full outlook to the table to help her clients realize that they don’t have to be perfect to achieve their training goals.
