When & Where Courses Are Available
Karen Pryor Academy's Dog Trainer Program combines online coursework and onsite workshops. The online portion takes place in an easy-to-use virtual classroom with home-based exercises involving dogs and other animals. The onsite portion includes four two-day workshops, scheduled over a six-month period. The remote and live portions are both lead by Academy faculty.

Please submit your application at least two months in advance of the first workshop to allow processing. Plan to enroll approximately six weeks before the first workshop. You must be enrolled at least 30 days before the first workshop date in order to complete Unit 1.
