In addition to being a graduate of the Karen Pryor Academy, Christina holds memberships in several organizations promoting effective training methods for dogs and their people. She is also a volunteer trainer for Freedom Dogs, a non-profit organization providing specialty service dogs to military veterans. Christina was honored to train their first Partner For Life dog, Gunner, during his first year, in addition to “Training the Trainers”. When she is not teaching people to teach dogs, Christina can be found mushing, both on dry land and in the snow!
